Organizational eco-environmental management: contributions to environmental education for the effective management of the water resource in the processor fishery company of Ecuador

Abstract

The object is the process of environmental management, and the field of action is out lined in the specificities of this process in the business field. Hence, the objective is projected by the establishment of an organizational strategy for the effective management of water resources, from environmental education (practical contribution), based on a model of organizational eco-environmental management (theoretical contribution). The scientific novelty lies in revealing the integrating logic of the ecological-environmental and organizational character for environmental appropriation, as a dynamic cell of the corporate environmental management process, which is synthesized in the management of socio-environmental knowledge, the appropriation of the role of environmental manager and the systematization of good practices of organizational eco-environmental management.
