Ethical training of the education professional in the Chesmistry career through experimentation

Abstract

The Universidad de Oriente is immersed in a profound process of transformation, the use of ethics as a dimension of experimentation for the integral formation of the student, is one of the agents of change, however, in practice there is a lack of correspondence between these. The diagnosis made has allowed to corroborate that the problem is due to the insufficiencies that are manifested in the initial training process of the chemistry career professional, which limit the use of the ethical dimension in experimentation, this aspect generates the need to improve the initial training process with the use of ethics in the experimentation to achieve the integral formation of the student through the curriculum; so the research is oriented towards the elaboration of a didactic strategy for the achievement of the ethics in the experimentation.
