Orientation and educational mediation in school conflicts

Abstract

This work offers theoretical basics on practical procedures to orchestrate the mediation in school conflicts; he/she has as objective to declare the requirements, conditions and premises that are considered precise to carry out a mediation educational contextualized in the resolution of school conflicts and with it to elevate the results in the professional pedagogic acting of the primary teachers. The investigation was developed in the primary school Joshua Country Garcia of the Popular Council Guillermón, of the observations to the educational process, you interview to directive and interviews to teachers, among other used methods were revealed limitations in the theoretical-practical conception of the orientation and educational mediation in school conflicts. Considering the proposal an important tool to elevate the primary teacher's professional pedagogic acting.
