Early stimulation as the main means to develop the socio-affective area in the first two years of life
Abstract
Early stimulation is a set of activities that allow the integral development of the child. In the first two years of life, early stimulation of the infant occupies a primordial role, so the relationship established between the baby and caregiver is of utmost importance. However, ignorance of techniques and activities aimed at increasing the affective bond does not allow the development of the child's socio-affective area to be significant. The objective of the research is to determine which early stimulation activities caregivers apply to children to contribute to their socio-affective development. The study has a descriptive scope, with a non-experimental design and a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used is the survey, the same one that was executed through the design of a questionnaire of 16 closed questions. Through the application of the instrument and the analysis of the data, the results were presented, which summarize the stimulating activities that children should receive, which are considered stimulating and appropriate for their age to develop their socio-affective area.
