Teacher training: interdisciplinary look at integration in professional pedagogical action

Abstract

It is based on a premise and is a strategic look at the teacher training process with an interdisciplinary nature in the integration of professional pedagogical actions as an element for the successful conduct of said process. Therefore, this process responds to the need to solve the limitations that affect the development of the training of teachers of the Angolan Technical and Professional Education from the management of their performance to achieve the desired training quality. These results are associated with the relationships established between the tasks and functions of the teacher that emanate from their own pedagogical functions. Hence, its intention is to seek an answer, from establishing a new look of interdisciplinary integration towards a general professional action of teachers, to fulfill from their functions, an investigative process that is contextualized in the Lunda Norte Province of Angola.
