University-company link for to analysis and management ergonomic risks in the bottling companies

Abstract

The objective is to analyze, from framework of university-company link, the main ergonomic risks that are identified in the bottling industry, as well as to propose actions that allow their mitigation, through the generation of a risk matrix. For this, a bottling company in Ecuador is analyzed in a particular way. The research has a descriptive scope, where a documentary analysis is carried out. The study approach is qualitative and its design is non-experimental, cross-sectional. At work, a questionnaire is applied to evaluate the presence of ergonomic risks in the 9 workers in the bottling production area who are exposed to these negative conditions in the company REYSOLUTIONWASH S.A. The results obtained show that the main ergonomic risks identified are associated with forced and prolonged postures during working hours, as well as with repetitive movements, all of which affects the health of the worker in the medium and long term.
