Methodological development of the project the connection with society: "Los Passaos Undertake with History", Ecuador

Abstract

The study was developed under the objective of showing a strategic methodology to develop a project of effective connection with society in communities of the Sucre Canton. The project "Los Passaos Emprende con Historia" was created to enhance entrepreneurship in the commercial sector of zone 4 of the province of Manabí in the cantons of Sucre, San Vicente, Jama and Pedernales. The research generally had a qualitative background, using analytical and descriptive methods to be able to develop the problem tree and the objectives tree to delve into the fundamental inconveniences that affect commercial activity in the area under study. The stakeholder mapping shows how to develop positioning strategies to strengthen the commercial activity of businesses located in the Sucre canton. It is concluded that the project methodology structure can be replicated in other geographical areas of Ecuador to strengthen entrepreneurship and innovation activity.
