Training of the health personnel of the Day Care Center and the quality of life of the elderly in Jacaleapa

Abstract

The objective of the study is to evaluate the quality of the educational intervention in the health personnel of the Day Care Center of Jacaleapa, Honduras. The objective of the study is to evaluate the impact of the educational intervention, as well as the quality parameters in the didactic order. In this sense, the Guskey instruments will be used, taking into account the indicators of content establishment, approach to training strategies, and approach to assessing teachers' learning; Consequently, it led to results in terms of the positive evaluation in the learning of technical workers in geriatrics who work as health personnel in the Day Care center as well as the quality from the didactic point of view of the applied program.
