Social responsibility in Peruvian private companies: analysis of educational actions of stakeholders (academic production 2015-2020)
Abstract
At present, many companies exercise social responsibility actions that favor sustainable development and consumer education to improve their quality of life. This systematic literature review analyzes social responsibility in Peruvian private companies in the last five years. The study selection process followed semi-automatic and manual criteria, developing a bibliometric interpretation and a qualitative analysis of multidisciplinary articles, mostly Latin American. The results show an extensive investigation of social responsibility related to the positive impact on the consumer and the brand image. It was concluded that responsible actions increase business value, both due to its recognition of quality of service, as well as the human value in each decision and action. The need for conceptual and practical clarity between corporate social responsibility and social marketing was confirmed.
