The Higher Institute of Angola, due to the situation of the pandemic, has taken virtual education as the main way to continue exercising its classes. Therefore, this article exposes the permanent training of its teachers related to information and communication technologies, which have been vital in the development of the teaching-learning processes in the institution, through the development of a program Diploma, which contributes to the purpose of the educational institution as an alternative to the permanent training of university professors.
