The permanent formation of the music's professional: an unavoidable bet

Abstract

A priority of education systems is to promote, continuously, improvements in their professionals training in order to guarantee the quality of the educational process. For this reason, after detecting insufficiencies in the training of the graduate of music's specialties, and present one objective elaborate one pedagogic strategy are presented in order to systematize the composer's work Laureano Fuentes Matons, an important musician of the XIX century in Santiago of Cuba, while it´s validated an almost unknown work for the Cuban music. Analysis-synthesis methods and dialectical methods were used with a hermeneutical approach for research development, among others no less significant. The theoretical model and a continuous work of educational and scientific-methodological improvement, showed the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposal.
