The political-ideological training from the workplace of the political cadres

Abstract

The socio-economic transformations that take place in the country with the Update of the Cuban Social Economic Model of Socialist Development require cadres prepared from a political, ideological, economic, cultural point of view, with skills to efficiently exercise their leadership functions. Correspondingly, the political-ideological training of the political cadres, fundamentally, that which is oriented from the workplace, must be intended, for the proper understanding of the policy drawn up by the Party and the State in the current context; However, based on the author's pedagogical practice, the empirical diagnosis made and the application of research methods and techniques to solve it, it was proposed to develop a strategy for the political-ideological training of the political cadres from the job position, that favors the exercise of the specialized work of political direction of the society.
