Experiences in the use of Educational Technology in the Covid-19 period at the Universidad de Oriente

Abstract

The use of Educational Technology has its main levels of application in the media and in Information and Communication Technology, at the Higher Education level it is specified in the use of materials, resources and didactic means and more generally, the use of information and communication technologies in university teaching, that is, in the design, development and evaluation of distance education programs and courses (EaD), the internet in face-to-face teaching and the establishment of a half-close virtual of learning. The objective of this work is to show the experiences of the use of educational technology as a support for face-to-face teaching and as a scenario for EaD, in addition to its application in the research and extension components. The activities and actions used to obtain the results achieved are described and the level of impact in the current moments of higher Superior education.
