School management and leadership as factors of cultural diversity in schools under Health Emergency conditions
Abstract
The main purpose of this article is to treat school management and leadership as factors of cultural diversity in schools under health emergency conditions in Peru. A methodology based on documentary analysis was used with the support of methods such as logical history, synthesis analysis, functional structural systemic analysis and hermeneutical analysis of written sources. There was a process of systematizing experiences from the school. As school management in public school presents a complex definition that is based on a series of rigorous processes, it is permeated by underlying pedagogical currents, around this, decisions have been made in the political sphere that managed to promote school management in the context remote.
