Fundamentals of the overcoming strategy with an interdisciplinary approach to improve the professional performance of specialists in Coloproctology

Abstract

This article aims to: theoretically establish the references that support the process of improvement in Medical Education to improve the professional performance of specialists in Coloproctology in the early diagnosis of patients with anal cancer. In the foundations of the model, the principles of the philosophy of education are manifested, such as: the massive character and equity, the combination of study and work with democratic participation, open to diversity. The relationship between culture, education and identity is expressed for the integral formation of man. The theoretical foundation provided modeling the structure of the strategy with dynamic and staggered interaction of the actions in each of the stages in correspondence with the characteristics.
