University Management of Knowledge and Innovation for the Articulation of the University Center, Government and Agriculture

Abstract

In this work, the results obtained in a diagnostic study carried out in the Mella municipality are analyzed in order to determine the current state of university knowledge management in order to promote the articulation between the Municipal University Center, the Government and Agriculture, to design instruments based on the University management of knowledge and innovation that enable articulation between these social actors to contribute to sustainable agricultural development in the territory. In the research, quantitative and qualitative methods were used to determine the main difficulties that appear when executing this process. The results indicate that there are shortcomings that are based on a limited relationship between these social actors.
