The mediator teacher for conflict management in Integral Training Schools

Abstract

In the educational field, education professionals, especially those of the Integral Training Schools, are looking for new ways to handle the conflict, adapting them to the new dynamic of current coexistence, which demands, not only to achieve the desired objectives, but the development of appropriate interpersonal relationships as the basis of a peaceful, non-violent and respectful coexistence with others, in working with younger students who have behavioral disorders evaluated in the third category. The objective is analyze the possibilities offered by conflict mediation to the work of the professional educational community for the management of conflicts that arise between students with behavior disorders of the Integral Training Schools. For this, different scientific methods were used, both theoretical and empirical, such as synthesis-analysis, observation and the criteria of specialists. The research pays to the “Guiding.
