Towards an efficient educational management for the achievement of learning in public institutions

Abstract

Educational institutions are established as learning organizations, where citizens are trained for the human, social and economic development of the future, therefore these institutions must be able to provide an educational service according to quality standards at international and national level, responding to the needs of the local and global context; This raises the need to promote efficient educational management that promotes not only knowing and doing, but also knowing how to be and coexist, as a guarantee of training competent and ethical human beings suitable for a globalized world of increasingly rapid and abrupt changes. This study has a quantitative approach, a non-experimental design is projected, and it is proposed to analyze the incidence of the educational management of Peruvian public institutions in the achievement of student learning, which will allow promoting more accurate and pertinent strategies.
