Abstract

The work that is presented is of importance for the contemporary society starting from the validity of Fidel's pedagogic thought Castro in the integral formation of the personality of the children of the childhood preschool that you/they are assisted by the non institutional modality of education it Educates your son", for the sake of preventing manifestations of inadequacies of the behavior that can condition the development of deviated behaviors that then they are more complex of modifying in superior stages of the development. The investigation goes to incorporate in the promoter's educational practice the theoretical conception about inadequacies of the behavior that allows to assist the individuality of the children in its educational work in the different performance contexts. Methods of investigation of the theoretical, empiric and statistical level were used that allowed to corroborate the relevancy and present time of the carried out study, as well as the impact of the promoters in this modality.
