Abstract

In the article it is meditated around the conceived management skills and manifested in the conceptions and practical of political management of the society Fidel Castro Ruz, angular stone of the cultural sense of the Cuban leader's revolutionary politics. In such a sense the Commandant's deeply democratic and humanist theoretical and ideological budgets are analyzed, in the one that by means of the "act of the knowledge" and in their articulation with the "to know how to make", it builds a relationship of power with the town and between this and their leaders, with a clearing felt emancipatorio and strategic, what is valuable for their activity practical revolutionary politics.
