The thought of Fidel Castro: a reference for the training of political educators as drivers of socio-political management

Abstract

In order to achieve the objectives and goals of our social project, the broad development of the people's political education is essential. The work of the Party School System and especially the Municipal and District Schools contributes to this end. In these schools the effective action of the activist professors as a special type of political educators is decisive, so the improvement of their formative process is of transcendental importance. The objective of the present work is to demonstrate the value of the pedagogical and political thought of Fidel Castro Ruz as a reference for the formulation of methodological proposals that contribute to transform, from a socioeducational approach, the dynamics of the process of training of political educators acting in the institutions education with a political profile, responsible for promoting socio-political management from persuasion and participation.
