Validity of Fidel Castro's pedagogical thinking in the continuous training of the primary teacher

Abstract

The continuous formation in the education, it has generated interest in the pedagogic field, for the significance in the levels of bring up to date, preparation and the educational personnel's superación. In the bibliographical search related with the study of the antecedents in our country the prevalencia of the contributions of Fidel's thought Castro is appreciated around the necessity of the teacher's preparation. The carried out logical historical analysis, it corroborates that the problem is given by the teacher's theoretical-methodological inadequacies for the execution of the new tecno-social demands in the primary education, that which limits its professional acting. Aspects that generated the necessity to perfect the process of the teachers' continuous formation, assuming as paradigm the pedagogic thought of our unbeaten one major in boss. Which allowed to design a model of formation pedagogic tecno to guarantee this professional's permanent bring up to date.
