Epistemological characterization of the process of student permanence in professional training and its institutional training management

Abstract

Education plays a fundamental role in the social development process carried out by the nations of the world, there are many governments that have within their priorities the education of the people. Well considered as a dynamic factor of change in the social structure; which will evolve to the extent that its members do, by acquiring higher and better levels of preparation in the educational process. This work has as research to characterize the current state of the institutional formative management process for student permanence in the training of professionals in the Mechanical Engineering Career of the Universidad de Oriente (UO).
