Formation of the orientation competence in the future professional of education

Abstract

The preparation of the professional of the education is essential starting from considering its incidence in the formation of the personality of children, adolescents and youths. Consequently, the university assumes the challenge of forming competent professionals able to offer help through the educational orientation to fellows and groups in the different educational contexts where they intervene. This is to be worked out from the initial formation, by providing students, necessary tools that support concrete solutions to problems that arise when performing the profession. In this sense, it is objective of this article, to establish procedures of formative systematization for the formation of the orientation competence in students from pedagogical careers. The theoretical and empiric methods used have allowed to gather and to analyze the necessary information to explain the problem
