Postgraduate training of university teachers in intellectual property, current affairs and transformation

Abstract

Cuban higher education is focused on maintaining its modern, humanistic, universalized, scientific, technological, innovative university model, integrated into society and committed to building a prosperous and sustainable socialism. This article constitutes an enrichment to theory and practice, especially related to the postgraduate training of university teachers in intellectual property; in correspondence with technological advances, social needs and the challenges posed by the improvement of the substantive processes of Cuban Higher Education as a solution to the inadequacies in the updating and preparation of teachers; in relation to the protection of intangible assets of an intellectual nature and creative content that limit the development of their professional performance.
