Educative improvement: a new glance for the pedagogic prosses didactic management

Abstract

The primary teacher's didactic administration for the address of the pedagogic process in the context of the continuous improvement being a problem that limits the professional acting. Is carried out an analysis it has more than enough theoretical elements that allow to evaluate the teacher's didactic administration like professional knowledge for the use of digital tools in the pedagogic process. The sample of the study it belonged to 38 teachers of the primary school "Clodomira Acosta" of the city of Santiago from Cuba. A qualitative study was applied through a pursuit to the work of a group of teachers to analyze the didactic administration. The results showed that the teachers have domain of the professional abilities to conceive, to plan and to direct the pedagogic process in the primary education, but lack of theoretical preparation is evidenced in the teachers to demonstrate the effectiveness of the didactic administration.
