Current status of teacher preparation to improve school coexistence in sixth grade

Abstract

Teachers do not always treat school coexistence in terms of conflicts; the use of the potentialities of the classes is insufficient and in the strategy of overcoming the school the subject is not addressed, which demonstrates the need to prepare the teachers for the improvement of the school coexistence. In this work an analysis of the current situation of the preparation of the teacher for the improvement of the school coexistence in the sixth grade students is made with an intentional sample of 5 teachers of the elementary school "Pedro Marrero" of the School Center July 26, Santiago de Cuba, with the objective of detecting and assessing these insufficiencies.
