Professional pedagogic identity in the running Labor Information-Technology Education

Abstract

In the contemporary university context a process of change in the institutions is visualized, in relation to the educational process of the pedagogical professional identity where the management of these is required. An exploratory study was carried out in the career of Labor-Informatics Education, in the period from september 2016 to december 2017 with the aim of diagnosing the current state of the pedagogical professional identity, in the educational process of the career Labor Education-Computing. Theoretical methods such as analysis and synthesis, the historical - logical, as well as the empirical methods were used: the observation, individual and group interviews of the current state of the object. The proposal allowed the management of professional pedagogical identity through the relationships established between the values of the profession and the way of acting.
