Semiotic system for the critical interpretation of text in Regular Basic Education teachers

Abstract

The critical interpretation of a text is a complex process for the development of critical thinking of people, which is a goal that is in process and is a very important issue in current education for the improvement of student learning and learning. teachers from their professional training, consequently, the objective of this article is to carry out an analytical reflection on the importance of semiotic systems in the reading and interpretation of a text. Document review and analysis was used as the main method, which corresponds to a type of qualitative research due to its critical and interpretive nature for an adequate theoretical systematization. The results reveal that the ability to interpret people's texts from verbal and non-verbal semiotic systems helps to develop their critical thinking, this in the field of education improves the learning process.
