Learning management as a training tool in the current cuban educational system

Abstract

In Cuba, education is based on principles that put man at its center, and where it is, it has the possibility of contributing to its improvement to achieve superior results, which guarantee its durability and quality. This research aims to analyze, taking into account the current conditions of the Universidad de Oriente, how to face the challenge of training competent professionals with commitment and responsibility in the current context, based on the use of methods and procedures that favor it, taking as A fundamental tool for managing the learning of each of its actors, based on essential references.
