Strategy of scientific investigative formation during the clinical trials

Abstract

From the perspective of training in the context of performance of health professionals during clinical research, the clinical trial being its greatest exponent and given the possibilities of scientific and investigative development that clinical researchers offer to carry out these highly rigorous scientific investigations and methodological. Based on the shortcomings detected, the objective is to develop a scientific-research training strategy during the clinical trial, based on a model of the dynamics of scientific-research training of clinical researchers in professional practice. In this way contribute to the improvement of the scientific-research training process through the transformation of its dynamics.
