Technological innovation in vascular access: security of the patient and humanización in the university formation education
Abstract
The development scientific so much technician in the formative process as in the personnel's of health hospital services it is object of several investigators' analysis, one of their edges this in the priorización of the metric ones of technical precision in front of the progressive deshumanización of the care. The present work has as objective: To analyze the relevancy of integrating the technological innovation and the clinical simulation in the teaching and implementation of the boarding of the vascular access evaluating their impact in the patient's security and the ethical and organizational challenges of the contemporary cares. The investigation has a mixed, mainly qualitative focus and a reach based on 11 focal groups understood by 18 educational assistance professionals of health and 65 students of last year. For their development guides thematic semiestructuradas were used validated by experts. The prosecution and content analysis were carried out by means of the based theory and the software MAXQDA Analytics Pro 2024. As a result it is pointed out that the didactic effectiveness is conditioned by administrative barriers, lack of inputs and of infrastructure in the public system. You concludes that the implementation of technologies of vascular visualization is indispensable for the patient's security that requires of a model of learning constructivista, integral and based on the multiple intelligence.
