Elaboration of a Business Strategy for a Sustainability of BPC-Saurimo, Province of Lunda Sul-Angola

Abstract

In order to strengthen the BPC in the face of the lack of commitment and responsibility of Public managers and in the counter-prudent use of funds that occurred in a considerable way and under pressure from multiple social, political and economic demands. Urges the need to propose a business strategy for sustainability-Case Study BPC-Saurimo, as the general objective of this article. Specific objectives: theoretically support the business strategy. Diagnose the current status of BPC-Saurimo and Suggest short, medium and long strategic actions for sustainability-Case Study BPC-Saurimo. For this purpose, the investigation was developed on the basis of two basic criteria, as descriptive, for discretion of the phenomenon as for the means, we resorted to methods: empirical: involves the participative naturalistic observation that constitutes observation, theoretical: circumscribes us in the bibliographical and descriptive analysis of the perspectives used on the topic addressed in this study.
