Current challenges of knowledge management for the university educational process

Abstract

The objective of this article is to present some theoretical elements which integrated, will allow to create the bases for the study of knowledge management, its relationship with information technologies and telecommunications, and how it needs changes in the educational teaching process. In a way that allows students to carry out research actions beyond a certain subject's work, link to research groups, projects and publish the results in impact journals. The methods used are based on general scientists and interviews with members of research groups. The main results indicate that for a successful knowledge management it is necessary to offer the user a diversity of symbolic systems with which they can interact, self-evaluate and promote tutoring effectively.
